“During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Kesha and Carla provided exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism. From the moment my family walked through their doors, we were treated with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy.
Losing my mother was heartbreaking, Kesha helped guide us through every step of the process with grace and understanding. She answered our questions, never rushed us, and made sure my mother's wishes—and our family's wishes—were respected every step of the way.
What stood out most was how personal everything felt. We were never treated like just another family. She truly cared about honoring my mother's life and helping us create a meaningful farewell. Her attention to detail, support, and compassion brought comfort during a time when we needed it most.
