They treat you like a person from start to finish. They explain everything and allow you to ask questions and then answer those questions. They introduce themselves. My nurse, Angi was great, especially noting how they don't make anything in the hospital to fit tall people (I'm 6'5"). Unfortunately I can't remember everyone's name, but the discharge nurse was equally amazing. She got the IV tape off without pain, which is usually the most painful part of a hospital visit. Everyone in the operating room was professional, for the brief time I was conscious, but I especially remember the Scottish woman and Carl. I only vaguely remember Dr. Malik, but my wife said he was amusing and entertaining as well as informational. The whole process was as painless as it could be and I was kept informed every step of the way. Most importantly, it went right on schedule. From check in to discharge was almost exactly 150 minutes.
Awesome service and very friendly. He had my car looking crisp. I had a snafu with Zelle when trying to send him a tip. $20 tip sent 3 times due to a Zelle server error, so he ended up receiving $60. Explained it to him and he sent $40 back. Could’ve ran away with the loot but he was a man of his word. I would definitely recommend him for all your car detailing needs.Services: Polishing

Fantastic experience. My granddaughter went in for damaged hair from soccer and home treatments and she walked out with her 24 inch blond hair transformed with world class highlights and a molecular hair treatment. At my visits, she takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes sure i feel completely comfortable. Erin is thoughtful, patient, and truly passionate about what she does. I'm visiting my cousin who lives here in Suffolk. I had mentioned that I wanted to go to the Barber and get my hair cut. She recommended this place to me saying that it was the best in town. I noticed there was a television with Hogan's Heroes playing. I remember watching that and also Andy Griffith show when Andy got his haircut from Fred. Al, and his Barbershop gives me the same feeling as the barbershop on Andy Griffith show. It's very relaxing, comfortable, welcoming and reasonably priced. I highly recommend if your ever in Suffolk to stop by. If Al and his Barbershop are not on the list of things to do while in town, they should be.In my humble opinion Al is an artist.

Awesome place! Specializes in the latest cuts and grooming services. The shop is always clean and it's a welcoming environment. Barber is very skilled and professional. I've seen him cut many different grades of hair with results that I'm thoroughly impressed with. I'm amazing at how effective scheduling has been since the shift. Appointments are prompt and pretty much on time, everytime! I recommend this barbershop to everyone seeking a fresh cut. The barber even does eyebrows for the ladies. I have yet to have a negative experience at Sundays. All the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I went in not knowing if I wanted a membership and asked so many questions about the services and products. Every questions was met with an answer and a genuine smile. By the end of the night, I was convinced I wanted a membership. Everything is quick and easy and I feel like the staff is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend

My nail tech is on vacation and after walking around for days with broke nails, I could not hold out another day let alone another week waiting for him to return. So about 3am 4am on a Friday morning, I was searching high and low for reputable nail techs in the area. I have visited one or two nearby, but I was not impressed enough to return again for a fill in or a repair. Nevertheless, I came across this spot on Google. I usually use my handy dandy Yelp app, but sometimes, you may miss out... like this place was not up there... but she should be now! I added this business after my appt. on Saturday. I made my appointment on Friday after reaching out to the nail tech via text. She informed me of her booking website. The website was easy to use and I booked my appt. for the next day without worry. Puscat has an IG and Facebook page. I was able to check out her work and I was super hyped to try her. I arrived for my appt. on Saturday and she was on point. The shop is located inside of a building, where others can rent out spaces. It was not hard to find at all. This was my first time, but I felt super comfy as if I was a regular. If you are into nails and love pizazz, I highly recommend this shop. I am super excited to return. It's clean inside, the vibe is awesome and it's spacious. Do not forget your mask. Parking... I only saw street parking. I was able to snag a space directly across the street from the building. As you can see my nails in the pic, my nails were all freehand by the tech. I really did not have an idea of what I wanted, but I gave her some direction and she brought it home from there :) Super satisfied! Have fun and enjoy life :)

I brought my father, who has dementia, to this salon for a pedicure. He required a lot of patience during the service, and thankfully, our nail technician, Sky, was exceptional and handled everything with care. I’m grateful for the positive experience we had here. The front desk associate was also helpful and informative, both over the phone and in person.

Commonwealth Dental is the best! The staff across the board are great to the extent of service, attention to the small details, and customer support.
While Dr. Boyd is my regular dentist, I recently suffered an accident and have had to come in every 2 weeks for follow-ups. Dr Boyd and her staff have been extremely kind and gentle.
I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be treated with compassion and care when you're anxious and in pain.
I still have some work and recovery and I'm sure I'll see plenty of Dr Boyd and her staff in the future. I know I'm in good hands.
Edit: 5 months later I have finally finished treatment. Once again, Dr Boyd and her staff are top notch. It's been a difficult time and they bent over backwards to make things as easy for me as possible while showing so much compassion that I left my final appointment in tears over how kind they've been.
I just want to thank Dr. Patel and other staff at Howell Dentistry for taking the time out to acknowledge my concerns and fixing the pain I had in my two back teeth. Thank-you so much for always caring for my teeth!

Doesn’t look like much from outside but don’t let that fool you. Inside is beautiful and modern. Everyone is very kind and welcoming (especially the young lady at the front desk). I needed a last minute appointment after my current dentist office closed and they got me in same day!

Amazing group of Doctors, Dr. Haley cured my little newborn from her neck tuck, colic, and latching issues. My other one had her first visit today and she loved it after her initial worries and fear tears, but she asked if she could go back tomorrow to see Dr. Haley....the whole team is beautiful. The kids look forward to seeing Dr. Gold's bubble machine and talk about it all week. From front desk angels to all the staff and doctors everyone is warm and friendly. Im very impressed and the bill is very reasonable...the value is literally priceless.

Doctors and staff get A + every time I have an appointment. They are overly helpful and knowledge with answers that fulfill the questions. The surgical team do a fantastic job. I had cancer removed on my face and I know where it was removed but can’t tell.
Best vet clinic I have EVER been to. 4 years ago, my GSD was having focal sezuires and I called about 8 vets, and they all said “get a trainer, he has seperation anxiety” and I tiredly explained to each and every one, “I AM a dog trainer and I KNOW my dog, and something more is going on!” Well.. after a friend recommended tidewater animal clinic, I refuse to go to any other clinic. They immediately validated my concerns, pointed out the neurological abnormalities, and put my dog jet on Kepra (anticonvulsant) and he has not had seizures since! Ever since that experience, they have been seeing my Doberman, Kaine, since he was 9 weeks old, and even during my last vet visit, I brought in Kaine and my newest puppy and one of their amazing techs (I wish I knew her name!) went out of her way to come visit us (even though she wasn’t our assigned tech for the day) and remembered that Kaine was a working dog in protection sports training and just wanted to say hi and see how he was progressing! I was so impressed that she remembered him and the details I shared about him. I refer all of my clients to this vet clinic as the staff has always gone above and beyond and truly care about your dog. They are a bit on the pricier side, but 100% worth it with the care and dedication of the whole staff. Scheduling is extremely easy, they are extremely communicative and honest, tactful, and fear free. Absolutely love this place!!!! And my dogs really enjoy going!

We had a great first experience at Le Paw Royale! My wife and I moved to Suffolk about a year ago from the Hampton/Newport News area. Our pups had been going to a groomer in Newport News since they were little, so we were nervous about trying somewhere new, but the drive was getting old.
We heard about Le Paw Royale from our vet and decided to give them a shot. They were awesome! Kim and Sarah made the whole process super easy. The place felt more like a spa—very clean, organized, and welcoming.
I especially liked the drop-off window, which gave us some flexibility instead of a set drop-off time. It made our morning way less rushed.
Most importantly, the cuts were amazing! We have a mini Aussiedoodle and a mini Goldendoodle, and they looked fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!

Went here over the weekend to take our lab Zeus to bath him, the staff was so accommodating, especially after our dog got a little worked up after seeing another dog there waiting. We will be repeat customers, the bath your own dog areas were very nice and convenient. You guys get 5 ????? instead of 5 stars!
