I am writing to let you know that Sterling Carpet did a fantastic job on our recent project.
Kevin Lester is a true salesman; he explained everything perfectly and was very patient and never pushy during our decision-making process. Kevin makes you feel as though you are his only customer, providing all the time and attention needed. For our project involving new carpeting for our main and basement staircases, Kevin showed us countless samples and even special-ordered samples that were mailed directly to our home.

Incredibly kind, and attentive professionals. The whole process was great and it was all reasonably priced. The installation process was smooth and the communication throughout was excellent. Ken, Kevin and Blayne made the process very easy. Highly recommend!
If I could give 10 stars I would! We installed hardwood floors throughout our main floor and bedrooms. New runners on our staircases. Customer Service was incredible! The samples were PLENTIFUL and the installation crew was thorough and extremely professional. I cannot recommend a better company and experience, thank you so much!
