Sterling appliance has repaired two of my major appliances. I always find their service prompt, professional and complete. Recently, our dryer broke and other repair stores would have had us wait weeks before they could even diagnose the problem. The service manager at Sterling went the extra mile to obtain a part for our dryer. The technician, Nick was also very thorough and professional. I highly recommend and would use them again.

I have used Sterling Appliance for repair (dishwasher bought elsewhere) and purchased appliances from them. Purchasing Pros: - No pressure sales tactics - Staff are knowledgeable about the different companies -They don't try to upsell you or convince you to get something you don't need. I noticed whenever I have bought from them they have asked me "what do you have now?" AND "is it working for you? What do you like about it?" With that information they helped guide me to find the products that were good for me.

I am a tough customer. Not because I'm nasty, but I have a small space in my 1974 townhouse to put in a washer and dryer stack. Also, I have an issue with chemical smells and the washers with the anti- microbial gussets have a smell that set me off. Even with all this, the guys at the Sterling location were kind and patient. They also had a great sense of humor, which was needed in this situation. Ryan was my salesperson and he was great. His cohorts, Richard and Nick, were also very helpful and considerate. It's hard to find real people to work with, and even harder to find kind and helpful people. Thank you to the salepeople and support staff at Sterling Appliance.
