“STERLING APPLIANCE is OUTSTANDING! While we have satisfactorily purchased through them before, we recently purchased a new refrigerator through this retailer for MANY REASONS. Their prices were most competitive versus the big box competition; their sales teams were professional/not high pressure; they had a wider selection of in-store alternative products to view versus their competition; their scheduling for delivery were spot on (versus having to make numerous confusing calls to find out what was happening and maybe when as is common via third party delivery services used by big box competitors); and the actual delivery and installation by their dedicated team was completed on time and in a professional and timely manner (deinstalled old frig and installed new frig in 30 minutes to our total satisfaction (let’s see someone beat this). We also understand that their repair services are equally as good. Without reservation, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use the services of STERLING APPLIANCE!!! Like us, you will be happy you did.”

“Israel and Carlos were first rate and I highly recommend. I tried 'unsuccessfully' to do a faucet replacement that required new piping, but was unable to complete. I called in the pros. I reached out at 11:00pm on a Friday and heard back from Israel immediately. He agreed to a Saturday morning install. They arrived early and did a proper install at an affordable and competitive rate. I was very pleased with the results and highly recommend”
