Gave them a silk suit that had a tea stain on it. Employees said they would check with owner and didn't know the price. Am I crazy or is $55 for drycleaning a bit much, worse is the shirt cloth is all messed up and has little strings coming out. As shown in pictures, stains are still there. Absolutely avoid them! When I told them the stains are still there they said, sorry this is the best we can do...and wouldn't barely let me look at the clothes till after I paid.

The women who is managing is not the owner. The manager is sweet and does her best but don’t go here. The owner is terrible and they destroy clothes and do not offer a solution. Terrible won’t alterations…. You’re better off throwing away. Don’t go here or they will ruin your items. This is speaking as a customer for 6 years… I have finally had enough. Destroyed many items and don’t rectify any situations…

Avoid this place specially if you have nice/branded clothes. They messed up a dress my mom was wearing for my anniversary and the tailor was so rude and awful to the point I was ready to call the cops on her, but the lady at the cashiers was so kind and nice (Mrs. Kim) and tried to help out as much as possible by calling the store owner/manager…they messed up my $450 dress (they attempted to fix the terrible alteration job but the dress was already ruined (too short now) never refunded me for the dress that they messed up. I DO NOT recommend this place at all, as evident by all the other reviews as well. We used to dry clean all of our clothes here on a weekly basis...read full review
