I have used this Zips Cleaners a few times, long ago, and they were great! And today I just needed a few wire hangers for a project, and I asked if I could purchase them, and the young lady just happily offered them to me for no charge, just to be kind to someone in the community. A little generosity goes a long way, especially these days! To be looking at all communications as an opportunity to be kind, generous- and that everyone could be your customer, is good customer service! Keep up the good work!
