Athena's Loft

My wife came in to have her hair dyed from dirty blonde to a specific chestnut brown—she even brought the exact shade her previous salon had used. Unfortunately, Athena dismissed her request and chose to use her own judgment instead. The result? My wife’s hair came out black.

After being encouraged by myself and others to reach out and see if it could be fixed, she was met with silence. Multiple calls and emails were ignored. I even attempted to contact Athena myself, with no response.

In a free market where customers have choices, both quality service and customer service should be a top priority. Neither were present here. I strongly advise others...read full review

The first thing you notice about The Lofts is that it’s got a very luxurious, upscale feel to it. It is made up of private salon lofts within one building. The decorating is spot on and beautiful. In Loft 27, Athena is completely focused on the person in her chair and is a natural with her shears. She sees what is yet unseen, and gets immediately to work at revealing the new you! I look forward to my next visit with Athena, because I always leave her feeling chic and beautiful!!
