Samira was amazing. She is very professional. She knows how to make people comfortable. I was nervous, didn't hurt at all! She takes pride in her business and it shows. The office is clean, she does a great job, makes people feel comfortable, on time, responsive etc etc. I am huge on customer service and she checked all the boxes.

Samira has been great! I initially had some issues with fading and change of my shape after my touch up. Samira was very understanding and gave me a complimentary follow-up touch up. She was very patient and worked diligently to perfect my brows! She is dedicated to her craft and truly values customer satisfaction. She definitely deserves her top rating!
