I requested an appointment after hours on their website and received a prompt response with availability for the following day. This was very acceptable as it was not an emergency situation. As I stated what I thought might be the issue, Gary and his assistant arrived with the parts in hand and verified what was leaking and replaced the unit in question. The repair was done quickly and Gary explained what had happened. Gary has done several jobs in my home in the past few years. We were in need of someone to service our AC and furnace several years ago. I googled heating and cooling people and found Bradley’s Heating and Plumbing. The reviews were so wonderful that I called for an appointment. We were so very pleased with Gary’s work and his attention to detail. He never tries to sell us anything we don’t need.
