Excellent customer service & right here in Stuart's Draft! It is so refreshing to have a real person answer the phone. During the two hottest days this past week, our Air Conditioning went out. We called E & E and they were able to get someone out by 1:00 PM the next day. We had a doctor's appointment at UVA, and when we pulled back into our driveway, they were already right behind us!Thad Miller was our technician, and he took the time to check out our entire system. He had us up and running with cool air in no time. We very much appreciated his help. They provide excellent customer service and are highly knowledgeable. A big thank you to Thad and the team!

We had a clogged drain and called E&E Plumbing. Cayden (I hope I spelled his name right) came out within two hours and thoroughly cleaned out the drain. He was courteous, kind, and professional. I would recommend E&E Plumbing to anyone in the Staunton/Waynesboro and surrounding areas.

I was having problems with an HVAC system that wasn't even a year old installed by someone else. They came and discovered and fixed all the problems I had been having. Would definitely recommend. They are very professional and polite to work with. Patiently answered all my questions.
