Roto-Rooter Staunton is incredible! My husband and I are currently dealing with several major plumbing issues in our 70-year-old house in Buena Vista. Two plumbers from Roto-Rooter Staunton have been involved so far, and two more are coming next week. The staff are extremely polite and have explained our options well so we can make educated decisions about how and when to proceed on the different issues. We feel comfortable having them in our house and thrilled about the repairs that have occurred so far. The pricing is reasonable and well explained before work begins. I highly recommend this company!

The driver was nice and very professional. The service we use to use tapped our T and knocked it into the tank and bust the cement cover with the metal rod and knocked a chip out of it. This guy was a lot more careful. We will definitely use this service again. They came the same day that we called and the price was good.
Tony did a thorough job of cleaning the filter and emptying the septic tank. He was respectful of the funeral in progress next door and waited until it was finished. I would recommend Roto-Rooter.
