“A-mazing! From calling and speaking with Iris to set up an appointment to Josh coming out to assess/repair - outstanding!! Retex far exceeded my expectations. Called Wednesday and they came out Thursday. Josh called me ahead of time to see if he could come earlier. I was about 40 minutes out but told him he could go by my house to see the outside damage that needed repair. I told him I left the damaged pieces on the steps if he needed to see. I got a call about 40 minutes later from Josh and he said he got up on the ladder and fixed it on the spot so there was no need to come back later today when I got home. To say I was shocked is an understatement! I couldn't believe it. I was so thankful and appreciated that he just took care of it. If I need repairs in the future, they will be my only call.
