This practice has been great! After my Veterinarian in So MD could not clear up my cat's ear infection after 4 months, 5 visits, 4 cytology lab results and over $1000. This place diagnosed the polyp immediately and removed it a week later with no further issues. Staff and doctor were very professional and helpful. Vet Nurses were exceptional!
This is a very late review. Our rescue cat Mochi had a sever ear infection that wouldn’t go away in 2022. We were referred to Dr. Hansen. She was diagnosed with a polyp inside of her ear and Dr. Hansen was able to remove it and prescribed compounded antibiotics that finally cured our baby. It changed her life. Staff were very friendly and price was reasonable.
Dr Hansen and his nurse , Amelia were not only able to quickly diagnose my pups issue, and provide a simple fix, they were so kind and gentle with her. Offering her soothing and comforting words as they cared for her. When Dr Hansen first met Clementine Moon Pie, he actually got down to her level and calmly spoke to her, saying “ We don’t do anything scary here little one, we give pets and kisses “ My heart melted. We will absolutely recommend them and will definitely be back! Thank you Animal Dermatology of Springfield. Please, don’t forget how wonderful you truly are.
