The initial online booking process involved filling out an intake form to assess my skin's condition.Upon arriving for my appointment, Karina warmly greeted me at the front desk and escorted me to the work room. We discussed the information I provided on the form and any additional skin concerns I had. I found her to be honest, engaging, and fully dedicated to ensuring my comfort and understanding of the process. She never made promises she couldn't keep, but there was a noticeable improvement in my skin after the first treatment. We collaborated on a schedule and plan to address my other concerns, and I appreciated that she didn't push her services or products on me.
