“Dr Herbert was referred to me by an ER doctor, whom I had seen for a severe rash. Dr Herbert was able to see me within a week. She biopsied the rashes and gave me medication that helped the rash, which had become infected, to quickly improve. Unusually for a doctor these days, she also emailed me daily after the visit, including over the weekend, and personally called me with the biopsy results. I felt her caring was genuine and impressive. The only negative about the practice is that it does not accept insurance, but they will give you all the receipts you need to submit your own claims. If you are okay with that, you will receive knowledgeable and personal medical care.“

“Initially, there was an appointment glitch. I was confirmed for an appointment, but not shown on the schedule. After about an hour wait, I met with Liz Blumenthal. She was very knowledgeable, professional & provided me with various options available for facial improvement procedures. She was straight forward about the benefits of each procedure & pros/cons. She also allowed me time to research the various procedures & follow up with her. I appreciate that Ms. Blumenthal is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in cosmetic dermatology. I left the office with samples of cleanser & moisturizer which are good for my skin. I appreciate the opportunity to try products before buying them. Looking forward to working closely with Ms. Blumenthal toward healthier skin.“

“It's never easy having to go to a new doctor for something outside of your control. With my insurance I have through work, I have some great options. I put in the type of doctor I want and if they are covered, I am free to go to them. That's just what I did here after being able to compare and see reviews posted by other patients. I did a majority of my stuff online before showing up here. But I still had some paperwork to do when I showed up. Checking in was pretty easy and refreshing. I did all my 'paperwork' on an iPad and it was kind of great that there wasn't any pen and paper involved. Once paperwork was done, I was back in the exam room. Nurse came in and did the preliminary. Then the doctor came in and did the once over and confirmed what I had thought. The doctor gave me options and did not pressure me one way or the other. I went with the one option that would probably take a bit more time. Even though it is a bit out there, I know when I have a follow up and I was able to plan accordingly to accommodate. If I am treated as well as I was during my first visit, I look forward to all follow up visits.“
