Office Staff was quick friendly and efficient. Dr. T is super friendly and knowledgeable and very welcoming, definitely where I would recommend for anyone in need of dermatology care.

Excellent staff—professional and friendly. Offered clear and comprehensible answers to questions and gave a sense of assurance in the procedures done and treatments/medications prescribed. Highly recommended.

I’m a new patient at Pinnacle Dermatology as of 12/19/23, Tuesday. I was very pleased with my first experience. I saw where Dr. Tjahjono, showed great concern, professionalism, great bedside manners, very pleasant personality, and knowledgeable of his expertise towards his patients. This was all of what I experienced with my 1st visit today. The receptionist was very pleasant, professional and polite when I entered into the office for my appointment this morning. The nurse (I can’t remember her name), but I had an excellent experience with her as well. This office really made me feel comfortable to be there, which means a lot to me and others I’m sure.
