Predatory billing practices. I just received a bill for a regular skin check I attended 6 months ago. The bill was for a supposed co-pay, but my insurance had no co-pay on this appointment. The billing technician I called was very nice but clueless; she didn't know why I had never been billed until now. I received the bill on a 7pm and it was marked as due the same day. I ended up paying it because I was tired and didn't want to be harassed by them... : /

I had a great experience seeing P. A. Grace Berardini. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. She listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions, especially regarding safe products for breastfeeding mothers. I highly recommend this dermatology practice.

I've been going to Integrated Dermatology for over three years. It's fine, just fine. Every appointment feels very rushed and if you're going for any acne issues, every treatment they prescribe you feels thoughtless. And if you ask questions, it feels like you get scripted responses, rather than thoughtful, tailored responses based on your situation. It's fine for the bare minimum, but don't expect much from your experience. Also, be sure to check your insurance policy when it comes to paying your bill. They tried to double charge me multiple times and say I had deductible to meet when my plan literally has no deductible.
