The optical managers William and Mary Anne are super helpful! On the first day, I had some insurance issue when I purchased glasses (from a different employee) for my son and I was told that I need to get reimbursement from my insurance. When I called the insurance the next day, I was told that they don't reimburse customers and I need to go back to Costco to get them to to send the order through to insurance. So I called Costco and William was super helpful and arranged for all the instruction and paperwork. When I went to Costco, he was about to go off work and Mary Anne helped to resolve the issue. And that saved me a lot of $!

Great staff to work with. I worked with Alice and she was wonderful. She helped me find just the right glasses and was able to get them to fit my face and head very well. Suggested glasses I would not have considered but looked much better on my face than anything I would have picked out myself. Great prices and not worth paying 2-3 times the price at another optical location. The glasses have been excellent and I have had them for about 6 months. Will be coming back for my next pair, and hopefully be working with Alice.

Costco optical in Springfield has got to be the best optical department ever!! Everyone is super helpful and go out of their way to get what you need done. Dont be fooled by the busy optical lines- they move fast. Mostly because the optical department associates are always greeting you and asking you what your needs are. I have been getting my contacts and glasses for over 4 yrs now and its been the same team at this location. They are all wonderful but my most recent visit was with Andrew. I was a little stressed about a contact issue I had and he solved it for me in about 10mins! He was the reason why I wrote this review. If I could give 20 stars I would :) Thank...read full review
