Doctor Oei was professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend scheduling with him and would return for a future visit. I scheduled an appointment right as they opened and from forms, to exam, to payment, all it took was 30 minutes.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about Costco eye exams and was a little hesitant on booking, BUT this location was hands down the BEST experience at an eye doctor’s office ever and could not see myself going anywhere else. The doctor and staff answered all my questions and were very friendly with prices you cannot beat.
I had my eye exam, contact exam, and had my eyes dilated for a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid elsewhere. 100000/10 I recommend.

The optical managers William and Mary Anne are super helpful! On the first day, I had some insurance issue when I purchased glasses (from a different employee) for my son and I was told that I need to get reimbursement from my insurance. When I called the insurance the next day, I was told that they don't reimburse customers and I need to go back to Costco to get them to to send the order through to insurance. So I called Costco and William was super helpful and arranged for all the instruction and paperwork. When I went to Costco, he was about to go off work and Mary Anne helped to resolve the issue. And that saved me a lot of $!
