“My recent visit to the European Wax Center in Gainesville, Florida was fabulous. The intake person was very friendly and accommodating. The wait was short, but comfortable in a beautiful, clean setting. The music was very nice, perfect volume. The beautifully packaged before and aftercare products were tastefully displayed on a lit wall so you could look at the various offerings and ask about them while you were having your services. In a short time, my technician Aeriyana came out. The first thing I noticed besides how well she presented herself with her friendly introduction was her smile. She took me back to her suite, walking side by side in time with me as I was walking slow due to prior surgery. I didn't feel rushed in any way. She held the door open for me and after a bit of light banter over what skin care products they offered up front, I was on the table and ready for my brows. Her room was very clean, as was her workstation and utensil set up. She was meticulous, with every last little stray hair plucked, waxed and a skin finish put on. My armpits were done next, with the same meticulous care as the brows. Painless and efficient, yet made me feel like she had spent hours on me. There was absolutely no pain and the treatment sites didn't even get red or irritated. Needless to say, of all of the spas I have been to over the years, this was by far the best experience, ever. Also noteworthy, your first visit with them is free, and they offer a free service for your birthday month. Although single visits are already reasonably affordable, they have a package plan that makes having my two procedures done together next time less than 40 bucks. That's not a lot of money to treat yourself and have this kind of upscale experience. I have my next appt scheduled with Aeriyana in four weeks. If you want to enjoy a kind smile, warm hands and a gentle, knowledgeable demeanor in a well-kept environment while having your procedure done for a very decent price, I suggest you book with Aeriyana at the European Wax Center in Gainesville, too.“

She took time to listen to my concerns and provided me with useful information and the plans that could potentially address my skin issues! Even though the consultation was complementary but it never felt that way! She took time to answer all my questions! Couldn’t ask for more! “I was in Ashburn to attend a wedding. The weather was bad. It was drizzling and naturally my hair needed care (with 24 hours left for the event). I yelped several places and I came up upon this haircare studio. At first, I was told there was no appointment; when I explained my situation Laura/Lauren (the lady who answered the phone) was extremely understanding, very kind, very prompt with her communication and she set up a quick appointment for me!!!! This not truly speaks to their commitment, communication and thoughtfulness. But it also speaks to the level of service on some level. Once the appointment was set up, I drove in (of course, finding the space for a newbie in that area was a little difficult - to locate them ) ....that incident too shows their support!!!! they were so kind. They walked right up to the carwash area, spotted my car and guided me back to their door. confetti and brownie points yet again. I was brought to the second floor. A young lady helped with washing my hair, and then I got moved to Umber's booth. Umber is super nice, efficient. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered. I wanted my hair with a tiny curl inward and she did it. She also applied some products so that I could keep my hair perfectly styled just in case it started to drizzle! I walked out feeling amazing. My hair was done just right and I was ready for the wedding.... They have a good collection of hair products. I also found some really nice refrigerator magnets. All in all, a beautiful hair studio in Ashburn - do visit !!!!!“
