When we needed to remove an abnormal mole, her and her team were extremely accommodating to my lifelong fear of needles. I didn’t even feel anything when they numbed me or removed the mole. I could not have nicer things to say about this office and its staff! Thank you!”

“I have been trying various nail salons around Leesburg. This is now my new favorite. I have a criteria of details I look for in a salon and this one is the best so far. The service was perfect. I had a there highest tier pedicure just because I wanted to see what a ‘volcano’ pedicure was, and a gel manicure. Apparently Volcano is a product line. It smelled great and was luxurious. The massage was great. My heels are smooth, and my toe nails are shaped perfectly. My only complaint is a little gap above my cuticle was left unpainted. I have to add, they assured me they did not reuse the paraffin wax like other salons do. This iş important to me.<br>The gel manicure was every thing it should be. No complaints. Seven was extremely conscious of my comfort at all times.<br>The music was good, the vibe was low key, the chairs were very comfortable and the desks and sink areas were clean. I will be back.”

“Highly recommend Refined Aesthetics and PA Amanda! I moved to Leesburg in 2022, but couldn’t find an injector I liked (I’m also in the medical field and am a little picky). I’d been driving over an hour to see my old injector, and they recommended I try Refined Aesthetics. I’m so happy I did! I got daxxify with PA Amanda. Amanda is lovely, really listened to me and didn’t oversell me. She also did an amazing job with my treatment, my Daxxify ended up perfect. All of the front desk staff was lovely as well, I got my follow up appointment time wrong and came in too early but they were very gracious and accommodated me. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, results focused injector!”

“I had a great experience at Palm Beach Tan tonight, and I wanted to recognize Ellie for providing exceptional customer service.<br><br>The salon was incredibly busy, with a noticeable backup due to prom season, spray tan appointments, etc. but Ellie handled everything with professionalism and composure. Rather than leaving customers wondering what was going on, she proactively kept everyone updated on wait times and apologized for the delays, even though the circumstances were clearly outside of her control.<br><br>What impressed me also was how knowledgeable she was. She took the time to explain the available upgrades, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and clearly knew the details of every option she discussed. At no point did I feel pressured, just informed.<br><br>Even with how busy the salon was, Ellie still made every customer feel important. As I was leaving, she followed up with me personally and even addressed me by name. She also does really wonderful custom facials. You leave glowing!
