I absolutely love the staff at this F45 location! The workouts are challenging but I have noticed a great difference in my strength level and overall ability. The staff here really take the time to demonstrate modifications and to help with form during each activity, so you end up with a safe way to get and stay fit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get a great HIIT-style workout!

I've only been doing F45 for a couple of weeks, but I absolutely love it there. I love the variety of workouts, the 45 minute classes, and the instructors because they hold each of us accountable.

I needed to get back into fitness and explored multiple local gyms. The coaches and the owner Neil at F45 were really friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and let me try multiple classes (1 week for $7). I really appreciate my experience as I restart my fitness journey. You should definitely give this F45 gym a try!
