“I love this place. I use to workout and run everyday until i had a back injury while working. I was out for alittle over 2 months. I have to say I was leary about doing Physical therapy at first but was desperate. I didnt want to be on pain meds or nerve medication so, to me, this was my only option.Thank god I did it. Receptionist are so nice. Peyton and Roland are amazing. They make you feel like you're home and happy to see you when you walk in. They listen and are very thorough. They teach you ways to manage your pain and moves to get rid of it. Or lessen it. They push you to strengthen and build your muscles to help you move again. You learn things you can do to manage this for life. Their amazing and I respect them both so much now that I understand what they do. They dont push medications. They want to help you not need any. Well I have 1 week left of PT and im going to miss seeing them but im now getting back to workingout and hopefully I will be running soon. Thanks Guys “
