We called Davis Heating and Air in search of a whole-house generator. From the very first moment on the phone all the way through completion they were honest, thorough, courteous, and professional. Everyone we worked with was friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us. We will absolutely work with them again.
The miss scheduled me for 1 day, and I had to call to find out it was a mistake scheduling. We rescheduled, and the electrician came and replaced and installed electrical outlets. I wasn't aware that they would do the work right then. Good thing I rescheduled from the mistake schedule. They are pricey and not a local company near me.
Wow what an incredible company Davis Heating and Air is. The customer service with this company is impeccable. I called July 11th to schedule an appointment to have our unit looked at. She said they would be out July 12 between 10-11. Chris showed up in that time frame, diagnosed our 20+ year old unit as needing to be replaced rather than spending any more money on it. He gave us a quote on the spot for a new replacement, called the office to schedule the work and they are here today installing the new one.
