I chose Maddox and requested Ephraim on the recommendation of my mom. I know she's been happy with his service for quite a while. He's honest, hard working, knowledgeable, and communicative. Maddox is lucky to have him and others like him on their team. Denzel came with him and they told me what they were doing as they progressed. Since their visit, the system has run better and much more efficiently... I'm very happy and can't wait to see how my heating bills will be impacted! #GoTeamMaddox

Title: Maddox Air and Electrical: Reliable, Fair, and Friendly Plumbing Experts
Dealing with a home flood caused by a plumbing nightmare, Maddox Air and Electrical, especially Brandon and Chris, proved to be real heroes. Their quick response on a rainy night showcased their teamwork and expertise in tackling the chaos caused by a wiffle ball bat in the buried clean-out covered over by the lawn.
What stood out was Brandon's fairness in pricing – not just professional but genuinely fair and friendly. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond, fearlessly getting dirty and demonstrating exceptional skills at Service Plumbing. Both Brandon and Chris were not only skilled professionals but also genuinely nice guys, making the whole experience surprisingly pleasant.
Maddox Air and Electrical, with Brandon and Chris, are the go-to choice for plumbing solutions, combining reliability, fair pricing, and a friendly approach. A big thanks to Brandon and Chris for turning a plumbing nightmare into a success story!
It's all about the boots on the ground, and Travis is the reason I'll be staying with Maddox for another year for my properties. I'm sure they have other great people, but Travis is so excellent at this, and his customer service skills are also through the roof, which always makes a big difference in the end.
Two thumbs up here.
