This is the third major renovation (kitchen, bathrooms and screen porch/patio) Advanced Contracting has completed at our house. We are always impressed with Randy’s attention to detail throughout the process. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Randy and Patty Iacone made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe initially proposed. Randy worked within our budget and provided us with suggestions and options. His team did an excellent job and Randy was always available to answer questions and oversee construction. As a relatively new homeowner, I was nervous about breaking ground on my first ever major home improvement project, and thanks to Randy, Patty, and their team at Advanced Contracting we have an amazing new back patio. Randy and Patty were extremely helpful and transparent at every step of the way, and they both made sure to best accommodate our needs, and our HOA. While the project (deck removal, exterior drainage work, and a 250 ft^2 patio) was relatively simple for Advanced and their A-team, they treated my wife, myself, and my house with the utmost respect and professionalism.Please use these guys for work on your house. If the most important thing is to be comfortable with the responsiveness and competence of your contractor, this is the group for you. I initially engaged them to clear an area on my property for construction of a new small house. Some of this had to be done in my absence. It was completed and well done. I then went on to a conversion of a clothing closet into a small kitchenette. Again, some of this had to be done in my absence. This time I provided some of the inputs including the cabinets, the granite installation as well as materials, ie, sink, faucet disposal Etc.
