We recently used Nichols for some water damage we had, and they were complete professionals from start to finish, giving me complete confidence in their capabilities. From the first time I spoke to Shayna on the phone, to our consultation with Jerry, the process of removing the water damage, coming back multiple times to make sure things were dry, and even meeting with our insurance agent. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and its employees. They are so kind, and made me feel so comfortable about the remediation process. I can’t thank them enough!!

I had a water leak and was referred to Nichols Inc by my plumber. We had a previous water leak this year and had mixed experiences from a different company who completed the mitigation , so I was open to giving Nichols a try this time around. From start to finish their team has been excellent! Jerry came out almost immediately and was accommodating to a unique situation with my dog while he assessed the damage. The quote they gave me was almost half of what I was given from the previous company I used (and Nichols work and efficiency far exceeded the work we had done from the previous company). We had water damage from a frozen pipe. Mr Nichols came out right away walked us through the process of working with the home owners policy and explained the process, communication was great. Whenever we had questions Shayna answered and followed up every time. I especially loved working with Gauntlet, he has such a great attitude. I am very happy with all the work.
