Just wanted to say Robert helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone and told me the part name and even gave me the number of the place I needed to call to get my part. He was booked until the end of the month but was still willing to help me diagnose and fix my issue over the phone! Thanks to him we have a working fridge and I didn't have to spend a ton of money here at Christmas to get a new fridge. Goes to show he truly cares about what hes does!
