Downloaded new program..screwed up messages. Phone company said virus and sent me to authorized Samsung repair at Batteries +. They had no idea how to scan and sent me away. Found uBreakiFix and tech fixed me with a settings adjustment in minutes. NO CHARGE!!!! My first stop going forward!!!
It's a very clean and well kept establishment. They have a lot of great inventory and one of the associates was kind enough to install a screen protector for me. Very professional and kind associates. I would highly recommend.
