Jefferson Internal Medicine Associates is a small practice with a convenient location. The receptionist is nice, friendly, and always welcoming. The doctor is attentive, caring, and explains things very well. He personally calls patients to advise them of lab results. The staff is excellent. Patients usually do not wait long, especially for morning appointments. It is not a large facility with fancy equipment, but patients feel adequately cared for and highly recommend the practice.
I really like this medical office. Receptionist is nice and friendly. and Dr. Adel Salama is also. Leslie took my blood and she is excellent! (I hate needles!) Dr. Salama is the only doctor I've ever known who calls me personally and advises me of all my lab results. Convenient location off Brambleton Avenue. Usually not too busy during my morning appointment time.
I haven’t had a PCP in years and was nervous of getting one I didn’t like. Dr. Salama is always attentive during my visits and explains things very well, making me feel adequately cared for. I never have to wait long, either. The receptionist is always welcoming with a smile.This is definitely a small practice, so don’t expect fancy equipment like Carilion. I could see them implementing something like an accessible online charting system in the future, though. That would be helpful.
Carly Moock is so patient oriented. I have never had a doctor call me personally to confront my concerns and really help me through understanding a difficult situation. It truly shows how dedicated to her patients she is. She assured that all of my concerns were handled and that the needs of the patient were put first. I am so thankful for her and how thoroughly she talked everything through with me. I am so grateful for her!
