“Been getting our teeth cleaned twice a year, which has been covered by Dental delta for the last couple of years until our last visit. With no advance warning, we received a bill for over $120.00 for the last cleaning. Called the office and was told they no longer accept our Delta Insurance. While they reduced the bill by 50%, it would have be nice if told of the change before hand. If known beforehand, would of found another dental office that accepts our insurance.

Edit-11/13/2025- received a call this morning apologizing on the lack of notice on the Delta Insurance change and issued a reimbursement for the charge. Was told that they do accept Delta Premier, but the fed delta plan does not provide that level and going directly to Delta is cost prohibitive for us. Was hoping to be able to get back to Dr Tates practice, which is great for the services provided, thus changed our rating to 5 stars.“

“They always have the best and most professional dentists. Had Dr. Zhang today and most say she is professional as well as easy to talk with. So either dentist is great. Also their assistants.
Now-office staff-they’ve got the answers and so welcoming when you arrive. Highly recommend!“

“My first visit to Henritze Dental Group was really great. The staff was really nice and helpful. Dr. Anama was awesome as well as his support staff (sorry, I am horrible at remembering names!) The dental assistant that worked with me most of the time was so great and made sure I was entirely comfortable the whole time...plus she smelled good! Always a plus in my book! Ha!
I was forced to switch dentists because of an insurance change and I wasn't looking forward to it since I loved my dentist, but having actually gone to my 1st appointment with Dr. Anama and already having 3 more, I am so glad the dental gods are smiling down on me.
