I broke a tooth Saturday morning. This morning (Monday) I called my dentist and he determined that I needed an oral surgeon. Aspen saw me same day (I was hurting!) and scheduled the extraction and implant for tomorrow (Tuesday!). Very accommodating staff and doctor.
The wait time was fast. The X-rays went fast. Had a check up. And the dentist explained what Treatment I would need. Then I talked to someone who explained my cost with my Dental Coverage. After this I was given an appointment for the treatment I need . Showed up at that time of my appointment. Maybe an hour later I was walking out with my new Dentures! Everyone I worked with was cheerful. I had the feeling that everyone was happy working for Aspen. And likes what they do. I had an small problem after 24h. I’ll only do this because my first visit was so bad. I went when they first opened the office. The employees were very rude especially the office manager, she came from Charlottesville to help, but I think she cause chaos with patients and employees. Everything now has completely changed, everything is running very smooth now. The employees were much happier and it filtered on down with the patients. Just a completely different vibe going on.
