“Very happy with Monday’s visit the hygienist explained everything as she was doing it. Explain you know what bacteria she saw our tartar buildup, clean my teeth very nice. We were on a little of a time constraint, but she handled that well. Got everything accomplished. Dr. Bridger came in and looked and showed me my two troublespots so we’ll get that scheduled to get that cleaned up and then I had a follow up call today and reminding me of my appointment for the 31st, but we’re gonna have to reschedule that because of my heart ablation but you guys are five stars the receptionist you’ve got upfront as experienced very kind, friendly young lady and the girl that made the appointment equally as much, so you’re doing good you’re doing good. I look forward to dealing with you all for a long time.“

“If you have children, make the switch to this dentist. My 2 kids have always had a good experience with this dentist. Matter of fact my kids actually don't mind going to the dentist now because the staff at White's are so good with them. I found White's Dentistry when my daughter broke a tooth and our other dentist at the time wouldnt pull her tooth, which by the way was a baby tooth, they said we would have to take my 11 year old to a pediatric dentist. I called every dentist office I could in Roanoke, Bedford and Lynchburg and no one would take her, earliest we could get an appointment was 2 weeks out. My friend told me to call Whites where she goes that she would guarentee they would get her in sooner. I called around lunch time and they brought her in that afternoon, and pulled the tooth at that first appointment and we were on our way. We switched my whole family over to White's.
My husband is a truck driver, on the road weeks at a time. He broke one of his molars in half when he bit down on a hard piece of food. I called on Thursday morning and told them what happened and he would be through the next morning on his way to make a delivery so they gave me an appointment at 8 am the next morning. Wonderful, that's why I love this dentist office they take care of their patients. The way the roots were on my husband's tooth most dentists would of sent him to an oral surgeon, not Dr Brandon. He was able to extract the tooth in the office and my husband had very minimal pain afterwards and was eating again within 24 hours. My husband said he would definitely go back for any dental work he needs done. He said it was a tough extraction but Dr. Brandon made it seem easy. I just can't say enough good things about this practice. They truly do take care of you like family.“

Everyone has such a steady and gentle hand, their tools and techniques eliminate any and all potentials for pain and they come in with smiles happy to work on you. Its also the fastest ive ever been in and out of a dental clinic. They work so quickly to make sure you can have the rest of your day available. The reception desk here was so kind and helpful, the staff was SO nice, accommodating and professional, and my exam and cleaning were so thorough and painless. The dentist took her time and went through things with me and really made sure I felt seen and taken care of which is rare! Just wow. So impressed and will be coming here as long as they stay open!“

“I had a dental emergency on 1/1/24 but due to the holiday no one was opened. I called O'Donnell Dentistry on Old Forest Rd, at 8am on 1/2/24. Wanda gave me an appt for 10:30am that same day. I was seen by Dr David O'Donnell & Joyce where we discussed my options which put my mind at ease. I had not gotten my dentures at this office but by a well known national dental office that I would never return to. They sent my denture out to be fixed & I received a call from Wanda the very next day along with an 11am appt. The denture was fixed & I was able to leave my house once again lol! The professionalism & kindness I was shown from Dr O'Donnell, Joyce & Wanda was beyond heart warming! And the price ( no dental insurance) was extremely reasonable.
