“Very good experience. I had to buy an additional insurance policy in order to use this dentistry. Unfortunately I have Sentra formerly Optima insurance. The insurance company suggested I go to the free clinic for dental work. That tells you everything you need to know about Sentra. It is worth the extra insurance policy to see Dr Coots.“

“Been getting our teeth cleaned twice a year, which has been covered by Dental delta for the last couple of years until our last visit. With no advance warning, we received a bill for over $120.00 for the last cleaning. Called the office and was told they no longer accept our Delta Insurance. While they reduced the bill by 50%, it would have be nice if told of the change before hand. If known beforehand, would of found another dental office that accepts our insurance.

Edit-11/13/2025- received a call this morning apologizing on the lack of notice on the Delta Insurance change and issued a reimbursement for the charge. Was told that they do accept Delta Premier, but the fed delta plan does not provide that level and going directly to Delta is cost prohibitive for us. Was hoping to be able to get back to Dr Tates practice, which is great for the services provided, thus changed our rating to 5 stars.“
