Cyreeta Price is my Therapist with ZOE RVA. She is the kindest, most supportive person I have ever spoken with. I trust no one in the world, as much as I do her. I feel like I am truly cared about, vs. “tested” like the rest of the people in my life, after a stroke at a “younger” age. Not sure where I would be without her.

This review is not for Zoe RVA in general. It is for their Zoe Style Medicine program, particularly dealing with Dr. Shruthi. I am actually quite happy with both my psychiatrist and therapist through Zoe and also have had an overall positive experience with the front office.That all being said, I have only had two appointments with Dr. Shruthi and I already feel like being a patient for Zoe Style Medicine will go nowhere for me and I didn't particularly feel like Dr. Shruthi changed her approach to specifically meet my needs.I have a binge eating disorder, which needs to be approached a specific way. I would easily give 5/5 stars for the NP I see, Emily Frost. She is fantastic and I love working with her.I recently went through a traumatic life event & was trying to work with this clinic to find a therapist (since I already see someone here for medication reasons.)I requested to be placed on a waiting list & was told I would hear back - I waited two weeks. I finally called and was told that there was a mistake - I wasn't on the list. I spoke with the intake coordinator and got that fixed; I was told that I would receive further information by phone and text. Again, another two weeks.
