I highly recommend YogaSix. I’m hesitant to write a review so the secret doesn’t further get out ;) My favorite class is the Saturday am Yoga Sculpt & Flow with Christina (and I wish there were more on the schedule!!); it is such a challenging, yet at times, relaxing class. I appreciate how this class pushes me and the variety of the workout each week never gets stale. Christina is an excellent teacher who knows how to coach and provide those bits of encouragement throughout this hot class. The only recommendation I would have is to provide the cool, lavender towels as soon as stretching begins (rather than waiting until the end) because that is when having that towel...read full review

I've been a YogaSix member since May 2023 and it's been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. They have two convenient locations, the instructors are A+ quality, and they offer terrific time slots. Do this for yourself!
