I used them recently to replace a nearly 2 year old AC/furnace in my home. As a first time home owner, I thoroughly appreciated their expertise and professionalism. Ron, his brother (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name) and Harold were all a pleasure to work with and deal with. They were communicative and polite and willing to help me answer any questions I had. I will absolutely use them again. I also greatly appreciate their speediness on getting in the parts they needed during a time when people are struggling with supply costs and availability during the pandemic still. I am happy I found them.

I was pleasantly surprised at how hard they tried to get over to my house in July. People should understand that that in itself is not easy to accomplish in the heat of summer when everyone's air is broken.I was especially impressed that they did not try to sell me a new system of ultraviolet lights or any other unnecessary thing.They knew how much I would be charged for refrigerant, and how much it would cost to check for leaks, and what will happen after that. The diagnostic appointment was reasonably priced.The mechanic I spoke to on the phone was also extremely knowledgeable .He and the mechanics who came took tge time to answer my quetions.

They refurbished our boiler, fixed problems with the gas lines and installed A/C promptly and professionally. Our GC was pleased with the quality of the work.
