Jason and the team at West End are incredible. Installed a great system for us, accommodated my customization requests during install, and came back out when the system wasn’t quite operating at 100%. They’re going to do things the right way, not just the fast/easy/cheap way.

Exceptional service and expertise from West End Heating and Air
I recently had the pleasure of using West End Heating and Air for a problem with my aging air handler. Me and my family were in a real bind without a working system during a heat wave. A technician was able to come out to our house, diagnose the problem and fix it promptly. They were very professional and were able to answer all my questions. Now our system is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable, friendly and have a long history of being a very reliable company for HVAC services. Thank you West End Heating and Air!

Our upstairs AC unit went out on Wednesday evening. I called West End Heating and Air at 8:15am Thursday morning, got scheduled for a tech to visit between noon and 4pm the same day. He arrived AT noon. Climbed into the attic and diagnosed the problem as a broken blower motor. Didn’t over promise, because he didn’t have the part available. But said he would try to find the replacement motor from a distributor before the weekend. He literally showed back up at our house 3 hours later with the blower. Installed in 20 minutes, and we had cold air pumping for our room and our 4 kids that evening.
