I have not had consistent, professional, and thorough experiences with VEI since Dr. Walter T. Bundy, III. However, I think that streak has ended. Dr. Kahn, the Macular Edema Specialist, is awesome! He’s patient, professional, and thorough and answers questions without making you feel rushed or stupid.
He works with and for the patient.
His Practice Coordinator, Debra, is just as wonderful. She responds quickly and professionally via phone or in person with needed documentation and questions.

The people at VEI are always friendly, efficient and quick to respond to patients needs. My visits run smoothly and there is not a lot of wasted time sitting around waiting like I have at some medical practices I have been to over the years.
She was very patient with my mom, which she has been diagnosed with Dementia. It was a challenging appointment. Her patience level was phenomenal. She is the best that we've had thus far at VEI. I appreciate her.
