Everyone from the very beginning to the very end of my visit was so kind and helpful. Angela was professional and thoughtful. Mario was funny and patient. I look forward to visiting this location again as my PCP.

Based on the reviews, Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Midlothian is a clean establishment with a friendly staff. The wait time was long but there were a lot of people being seen. The experience was awesome with a very pleasant receptionist. The staff as a whole was very professional, pleasant and friendly which gave it a calming atmosphere. The staff, nurses and the doctor were great. The doctor was a calm great listener who explained everything in detail. The staff was very understanding and caring. The physician was knowledgeable and helpful. Patients left feeling relieved, with one visit being in and out in under 1 hour.

Very polite, understanding, and accommodating. The women at the front was so sweet and respectful even though I couldn't articulate my needs well. This facility exudes confidence and compassion. If you have to be sick or need medical attention this is the place to be. Thank you for all the staffs kindness and expertise!

I was seen and treated within an hour! The staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I was grateful for the fast service due to being a mom to a newborn and toddler. I am also feeling much better. Would definitely recommend this location to others!
