Their beauty consultants always have my best interest and health and mind when recommending the best strategy to tan safely and intelligently. I went to PBT to purchase a couple of sessions only. I was nervous to go because I was worried I'd get the membership sales pitch when that's not what I was looking for at all. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She listened to my needs and did not pressure me to purchase a membership which was a huge relief. I liked the stand up bed the best but I do feel like I could have used more minutes than were chosen for me which is the reason for the 4 star review.

I love PBT. First time at Shortpump location. I often purposely do not bring my wallet with me because the employees will harass you into buying things. My trip was no different except the employee literally seemed PISSED that I wasn't going to buy anything. Just let me tan. I'm not spending $50 on lotion - no need to get upset.
