I showed up on a Friday at 4:55 pm, 5 minutes before closing on a Friday! Jeff & the ladies were very accommondating, I had a pair of pants needing hemmed for an upcoming wedding in FL. We agreed on Tuesday to pick up said pants, Jeff knowing I have to drive from my work location at Lake Anna (50+ miles), he surprised me and had them done on Saturday, he said he didn't me stressed with having to drive like Dale Earnhardt to get there in time plus having to fly out to FL. This was unexpected and very thoughtful on Jeff's part. Thanks Jeff & your lovely staff : )

I found Natalie’s about 4 years ago after my usual tailor got sloppy with his work. I have never had any problems getting quality on time alterations done at Natalie’s. They are always nice and personable and he even remembers personal things I told him about where I buy my clothes why I’m getting alterations done. I believe this all contributes to the care that is put into their work. I won’t be going to any other tailor!!Service: Alterations
I needed a jumpsuit altered. The flared leg portion was just too wide! As always I tried it on at the place of business. I returned and I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship once I put it on again. What a huge but beautiful difference. I would absolutely return as always. This is the tenth article of clothing to be altered, including my mother's clothing. Very personable and professional. It cost a few more pennies but worth the investment. Thanks Natalie!
