Joy Nails & Spa truly lives up to its name! My experience there was nothing short of exceptional. The new layout of the shopping center does give the shop a refreshing look. It’s perfect that a HomeGoods is opening next door because now Ivan do both in one day! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the expertly skilled and friendly staff, made my visit an absolute delight. The attention to detail during my manicure and pedicure was remarkable, leaving me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I’m a little disappointed, my toes looked better before I received the service. The polish was very clunky. I couldn’t tell the polish wasn’t right until I left out do to the lighting in the salon. I feel like I had a rushed job my toenail’s wasn’t even filed right. I guess it all depends on what technician you get. Bottom line I wasn’t pleased & don’t think I will return.Service: Pedicure

My gel nails chipped after one day and in one week, multiple nails chipped. Gel nails should at least last a week if not two weeks. Staff was nice but felt like my nails were rushed. Really disappointed for nails to chip this quickly.
