I took my mom here when she visited me in Richmond and we had an exceptional time. The salon was calm, organized, and flexible - they were able to accommodate walk ins on a Sunday evening. I had Tu, who was incredibly steady handed and thorough while doing our manicures. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the midtown area looking for a quiet escape from the city!
This was my first visit. When I called to make the appointment, I initially got a voicemail, but received a call back very quickly. I arrived early to my appointment and they were able to take me early. I had a dip manicure, including removal of previous dip mani. The shape was excellent and what I asked for, the color selection was great, my nails don’t look super thick, and the service was FAST. In and out in an hour. It is a no frills salon but I got what I wanted and paid an extremely reasonable price.
