We found this to be unusual. our customer service representative is Monica Herbert, and our regular service man is Chuck Battilane. Both of these individuals exemplify superior personal relations skills. We have never been disappointed when we contacted Monica for any need by Hungerford. Chuck is one who respects our property and exhibits a friendly demeanor when he is at our home. We used oil for a few years and inquired about a heat pump system. Before purchasing, the representative (I don't remember the name) clearly explained the heat pump system. We are also pleased with their maintenance agreement. I highly recommend Hungerford Heating and Cooling.
