Initially I had a 5 star review, but as I kept going the service wasn’t so. She had a habit of saying she knows how to do styles she wasn’t skilled with how to do. My last straw was box braids. I placed heavy emphasis on how box parting is important to me, now why were there boxes and triangles, she said “I don’t pay attention to parting.” She tried to redo, cut a braid and forgot to braid it back, I had to go again. Prior, she suggested a keratin treatment and I love my natural hair. I asked was this going to change the texture, she replied “no,” which is permanently did and thinned my hair out.
