F45 Training Reston Town Center

Visiting my mom in Reston, VA and actually make this trip at least twice a year. I am a founding member at F45 San Mateo, CA and I typically do not workout during vacation. The only one time that I did try out the F45 was last November in Honolulu. This trip I decided to break tradition since there was a F45 very close to my mom's place. I anticipated the guest fee but was pleasantly surprised when Neal informed me that at their studio they provide 1/2 price special so I decided to take two classes! It was all worth it too. . The workouts are challenging, and but you can make them as hard or easy as you need to based on your fitness level. The best part is the instructors. Unlike other group workout sessions that I’ve done they actually will come around and encourage you individually and correct your form to make sure that you were doing the exercises properly and don’t injure yourself. I have several old sports injuries that limit my range of motion, and they are always accommodating to me and help me come up with alternative exercises to do if I’m not physically capable of doing what is on the program.

F45 has become one of my favorite class-based workouts. The instructors are motivating, friendly, and know you on a first-name basis. The start times are convenient, and you are in and out in 45 minutes so it goes by quick. I highly recommend trying F45 for anyone looking for a new workout!
