“I seriously cannot stress enough just how much I love Dr. Pal and her entire team. I originally chose her practice years ago based partially on reviews, partially because the location was super convenient. (I could literally walk there from my house.) I moved to Arlington over a year ago, and I didn't even remotely consider trying to find a new dentist. I've never been loyal to any other dentist prior to her, but I would literally travel across the country to see her if that's what it took.

I do not enjoy medical visits of any kind (who does?) but I genuinely look forward to my visits with Dr. Pal. She and her entire team are incredibly skilled at making patients feel at ease. Plus the place is decorated super cute! And it's actually CLEAN.

It's rare to find the level of kindness and pleasant demeanor combined with a high-level of skill like you'll find here. And in addition to this already rare combo, the team actively includes you in the treatment plan and makes sure you understand all your options. No pushing unnecessary treatment here or aggressive selling of products like some practices tend to do.

Dr. Pal is amazing, Jan (the practice director) is amazing, every single person I have ever interacted with here has radiated kindness and professionalism.

Jessica, the lovely person who did my xrays and cleaning today, was incredibly kind and gentle throughout the entire process. She made sure to explain everything she was doing, and checked in with me periodically to ensure I was comfortable.

I am truly amazed at how well this practice is run. If everyone ran their business like Dr. Pal and her team, the world would be such a better place.“

Work done on 5/21/26. Tulika performed a deep cleaning of the left side of my mouth. I received same excellent service from her. She is knowledgeable and thorough in her work. Very professional. Gave good post care instructions etc.
