“I feel compelled to write a review on my experiences with Dr Thomas Lin and Aroosha, both located at DOA - Woodson location. First and foremost, Dr Lin is INCREDIBLY friendly, answers EVERY question succinctly and he has a wonderful "bedside" manner. Everything that he does or plans to do is explained (in detail) and done so in a manner that allows the patient to ask questions. Dr. Lin goes out of his way to ensure your comfort BEFORE and DURING a dental procedure. Specifically, I recently had a nasty gum infection AND I needed a tooth extracted. During the surgery, Dr. Lin and Aroosha were constantly asking and making sure that I felt ZERO PAIN, and they were incredibly thorough in explaining to me what I WILL FEEL in the days and weeks following this procedure. I want to stress something: Not only was the procedure done PERFECTLY (my gums are healing and his post op instructions and advice were SPOT on), but Dr. Lin and Aroosha also answered my nervous concerns a week after the procedure. Specifically, he told me to come in and he put my fears to rest (I was worried that I was not healing properly). In other words, even though I had NO appointment set, he saw me immediately to make sure I was healing properly. Overall, both he and Aroosha deserve 10 stars. I cant recommend them enough. I hope my review is taken seriously and I hope it provides some solace/ comfort to others who are afraid of the dentist!“

But one thing hard to admit is you realize your mistake that there’s really no better one than your previous provider. And so I swallowed a bit of my pride and went back to my previous dentist, Dr. Vladyslav Ovcharenko. Dr. O is truly the best Dentist there is, a family dentist so knowledgeable, professional, gentle and kind especially in giving a little break to a senior without insurance like myself.
